We source our beans directly from sustainable farms and store them in temperature-controlled environments. Each batch is moisture-tested and shipped in GrainPro liners to preserve freshness and prevent mold during transit.

What is the standard shipping time for domestic orders?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, standard shipping usually takes 3 to 5 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your beans leave our warehouse.

Do you offer wholesale pricing for commercial roasters?

Yes, we provide bulk discounts for orders over 100 lbs. Please contact our wholesale team through the 'Bulk Orders' page to receive a custom quote and access our full inventory list.

What is your return policy for food products?

Due to the nature of raw agricultural products, we cannot accept returns on open bags of coffee. If there is an issue with your order or the packaging was damaged during transit, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
